Diet Based on Our Beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW)


The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was once reported to have said, "There are two kinds of knowledge: knowledge of religion and knowledge of the body." The Prophet (SAW) frequently commented upon the nature and value of various foods and spices. These comments were noted by his wives and companions (R.A) and remain available to us today.

Dear food lover, nowadays its look like we’re out of control by having too much food. Malaysia is one of the countries in the world that rich with their foods. Begins our day with “Nasi Lemak”, “Roti Canai”, “Nasi Kerabu”, “Teh Tarik”, donut, like we going to die tomorrow. 


Here’s a guidelines for us to improve our food habits. It is a reminder for people and of course for me.

Our Prophet Muhammad never eat these ways. Don't eat these combination together. It is because they can effected our health.




Everyone should live healthy to ensure that what we eat not be effected in future. People must eat well and balance according to food pyramid. It is not a problem if you wish to eat ‘Nasi Lemak’ but you have to burn out the calories in your body to prevent it’s become to overweight.  Stay fit by workout at least three times a week with 30 minute per session. No worries, you not alone because I’m also the beginner. Wish you great luck guys.
